Well, I feel pathetic.
Yes, its me, back from Egypt. My first apoligies (and I'm not sure that I spelled that right) go to Ms. Schmidt, because I promised her some six weeks ago that I would write and never did until now, the day of the back-to-school picnic! My only excuse is that it has really been busy for me, and to put it all in writing would take another journal entry. However, I should get to the point of this entry, which is what happened in Egypt.
I left off on a fairly normal day (being in Egypt normal, not normal normal) we doing nothing besides spendin a few hours at the club. The next day my dads younger brother and his wife hosted a small party at their 11th story flat. The view frm their deck was amazing, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who are scared of heights. The next day we made a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Mediteranean Sea, on which my grandmother has a small vacation house. Unfortunately, the water was unswimable, but luckily there was a community pool nearby. Though the Mediteranean was unswimable, its color was unforgetable. You know how, at our beach, we have a mixed range of water colors? Like some days, its a murky green, some days its aquamarine, and some days its a dark shade of blue. This water was light blue. Like, forget-me-not light blue. It was incredible.
We spent four days there, but they went really fast. When we got back to Cairo, we spent another five qoute unqoute "normal" days, one of which included a sleepover with my cousin. (I
