Students from the 5th grade worked their way through the streets of Boston on Thursday following the Freedom Trail. Students collected information about their site, took part in a debate and learned a lot about the Revolutionary War! Today they began to examine digital photographs they took to document their trip! New links to Freedom Trail websites are listed to the right – check out some of the information students have been reading about their site.
This week students shared their ideas as they worked together to solve a challenge on the Nature Trail. Students had to work together in order to move objects into a trash can using ropes and a deflated inner tube. It was not as easy as it sounds! Luckily they SWapped great ideas and got the job done! Yeah teamwork! |
